चराचरजगन्नाथे चन्द्र,सूर्याग्निलोचने ।
चामुण्डे चण्डमुण्डे श्री भद्रकाळी नमोस्तुते ॥३॥

O Supreme Goddess, ruler of all that moves and does not move, Whose eyes are the moon, sun, and fire, O Chamunda who slew Chanda and Munda, O Bhadrakali — I bow to You.

पुरुषार्थप्रदे देवी पुण्यापुण्यफलप्रदे ।
परब्रह्मस्वरूपे श्री भद्रकाळी नमोस्तुते ॥६॥

O Goddess who grants the four aims of human life (dharma, artha, kama, moksha), O bestower of the fruits of both merit and demerit, O embodiment of the Supreme Absolute (Parabrahman), O Bhadrakali — I bow to You.

O incomparable One, beyond all parts and divisions, eternal, Free from danger and free from all afflictions, Ever pure and spotless — O Bhadrakali, I bow to You.

पञ्चमि पञ्चभूतेशि पञ्चसंख्योपचारिणि ।
पंचाशत पीठरूपे श्री भद्रकाळि नमोस्तुते ॥९॥

O Divine One worshipped on the sacred Panchami day, O ruler of the five elements, who is worshipped through fivefold offerings, O One who manifests as the fifty sacred seats (Shakti Peethas) — O Bhadrakali, I bow to You.

भद्रकाळिप्पत्तु भक्त्या भद्रालये जपेतजवं ।
