श्रीरामपादसरसीरुहभृङ्गराज-
संसारवार्धिपतितोद्धरणावतार ।
दोःसाध्यराज्यधनयोषिददभ्रबुद्धे
पञ्चाननेश मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥ १॥

O Lord Panchamukha Hanuman! You are the mighty bumblebee forever hovering around the sacred lotus feet of Lord Rama. You are the divine incarnation who lifts up those who have fallen into the vast ocean of worldly existence. Your brilliant intellect can conquer the seemingly impossible — wealth, kingdom, desires, even women’s charms. O Five-Faced Lord, please extend Your hand to me and lift me up; grant me Your merciful support!

हे पंचमुखी हनुमान! आप श्रीराम के चरण कमलों में भँवरे जैसे सतत मंडराने वाले महान भक्त हैं। आप इस संसार-सागर में डूबे हुए जीवों को उभारने के लिए अवतरित हुए हैं। आपकी अद्भुत बुद्धि से असंभव कार्य भी संभव हो जाते हैं — चाहे वह राज्य हो, धन-संपत्ति हो, या स्त्रियों का आकर्षण। हे पंचमुखी प्रभु, कृपा करके मुझे भी अपना हाथ दीजिए, मुझे अपनी शरण में उठाइए!

आप्रातरात्रिशकुनाथनिकेतनालि
सञ्चारकृत्य पटुपादयुगस्य नित्यम् ।
मानाथसेविजनसङ्गमनिष्कृतं नः
पञ्चाननेश मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥ २॥

O Lord Panchamukha Hanuman! You roam tirelessly day and night through every dwelling, every direction, with Your swift and powerful feet, always engaged in divine service. You are surrounded by devoted souls and noble beings who serve You with great love. O protector of the humble, O beloved master of all! Please extend Your hand to me and lift me up; grant me Your merciful support!

हे पंचमुखी हनुमान! आप दिन-रात हर दिशा में, हर निवास में, अपने चपल और शक्तिशाली चरणों से विचरण करते रहते हैं, सदा सेवा में रत रहते हैं। आपके चारों ओर भक्तों और सेवकों का संग रहता है, जो प्रेमपूर्वक आपकी सेवा में लगे रहते हैं। हे दीनों के रक्षक, हे प्रिय स्वामी! कृपा करके मुझे भी अपना हाथ दीजिए, मुझे अपनी शरण में उठाइए!

षड्वर्गवैरिसुखकृद्भवदुर्गुहाया-
मज्ञानगाढतिमिरातिभयप्रदायाम् ।
कर्मानिलेन विनिवेशितदेहधर्तुः
पञ्चाननेश मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥ ३॥

O Lord Panchamukha Hanuman! You are the destroyer of the six inner enemies (lust, anger, greed, attachment, pride, and jealousy) and the giver of pure happiness. You remove the intense darkness of ignorance that traps us in the cave of worldly bondage and fear. You are the one who sustains this body powered by the winds of karma. O Five-Faced Lord, please extend Your hand to me and lift me up; grant me Your merciful support!

हे पंचमुखी हनुमान! आप भीतर के छह शत्रुओं (काम, क्रोध, लोभ, मोह, मद, मात्सर्य) का नाश करने वाले और सच्चे सुख के दाता हैं। आप अज्ञान के गहरे अंधकार को मिटाकर भयंकर भय को हर लेते हैं, जो हमें कर्मों की गुफा में बांधकर रखता है। आप उस शरीर को संभालते हैं जो कर्मों की हवा से संचालित होता है। हे पंचमुखी प्रभु, कृपा करके मुझे भी अपना हाथ दीजिए, मुझे अपनी शरण में उठाइए!

सच्छास्त्रवार्धिपरिमज्जनशुद्धचित्ता-
स्त्वत्पादपद्मपरिचिन्तनमोदसान्द्राः ।
पश्यन्ति नो विषयदूषितमानसं मां
पञ्चाननेश मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥ ४॥

O Lord Panchamukha Hanuman! Those whose minds are purified by diving into the ocean of true scriptures, who are immersed in the bliss of meditating on Your lotus feet, they can clearly see and recognize that my mind has been tainted by worldly pleasures. O merciful one, lift me up from this impurity! O Five-Faced Lord, please extend Your hand to me and lift me up; grant me Your merciful support!

हे पंचमुखी हनुमान! वे लोग जिनका मन सच्चे शास्त्रों में डूबकर शुद्ध हो गया है, जो आपके चरण कमलों के ध्यान में लीन रहकर आनंदित रहते हैं, वे स्पष्ट देख सकते हैं कि मेरा मन संसारिक विषयों में दूषित हो गया है। हे दयालु प्रभु, मुझे इस अपवित्रता से उठा लीजिए! हे पंचमुखी प्रभु, कृपा करके मुझे भी अपना हाथ दीजिए, मुझे अपनी शरण में उठाइए!

पञ्चेन्द्रियार्जितमहाखिलपापकर्मा
शक्तो न भोक्तुमिव दीनजनो दयालो ।
अत्यन्तदुष्टमनसो दृढनष्टदृष्टेः
पञ्चाननेश मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥ ५॥

O Lord Panchamukha Hanuman! I am burdened by countless sins gathered through my five senses and their actions. I am helpless, unable to bear the fruits of these sinful deeds, O compassionate one! My mind has become extremely corrupt, and my vision of truth is firmly lost. O Five-Faced Lord, please extend Your hand to me and lift me up; grant me Your merciful support!

हे पंचमुखी हनुमान! मैंने अपनी पाँच इंद्रियों और उनके कर्मों से भारी पापों का भार जुटा लिया है। हे दयालु प्रभु! मैं इस पापफल को भोगने में असमर्थ, अत्यंत दीन हूँ। मेरा मन अत्यंत दूषित हो चुका है और मेरी दृष्टि सत्य से भटक गई है। हे पंचमुखी प्रभु, कृपा करके मुझे भी अपना हाथ दीजिए, मुझे अपनी शरण में उठाइए!

इत्थं शुभं भजकवेङ्कटपण्डितेन
पञ्चाननस्य रचितं खलु पञ्चरत्नम् ।
यः पापठीति सततं परिशुद्धभक्त्या
सन्तुष्टिमेति भगवानखिलेष्टदायी ॥ ६॥

Thus, this auspicious five-gem (Pancharatna) hymn has been composed by the devotee-poet Sri Venkata Pandita in praise of Panchamukhi Hanuman. Whoever recites it regularly with pure devotion will attain the supreme satisfaction and fulfillment, for the Lord, who grants all desires, will be pleased and bestow His blessings.
