।। पार्वती पंचक स्त्रोत्र ।।
धराधरेन्द्र नंदिनी शशांक मौलि संगिनी
सुरेशशक्ति वर्धिनी नितांतकान्त कामिनी ।
O Mother Parvati! You are the delight of the mighty Himalaya, the daughter of the King of Mountains. You are adorned with the crescent moon on Your head and ever in union with Lord Shiva. You enhance the power of the gods, and with Your unparalleled beauty, You captivate even the divine. O graceful and all-attractive Mother, I bow to You!
हे माँ पार्वती! आप पर्वतराज हिमालय की आनंदिनी पुत्री हैं, शशांक को अपने मस्तक पर धारण करती हैं, और भगवान शिव के साथ सदैव एकरूप रहती हैं। आप देवताओं की शक्ति को बढ़ाने वाली हैं और आपकी अनुपम सुंदरता से तीनों लोक मोहित हैं। हे परम सुंदर और स्नेहमयी माता! मैं आपको कोटि कोटि प्रणाम करता हूँ।
निशाचरेन्द्र मर्दिनी त्रिशूल शूल धारिणी
मनोव्यथा विदारिणी शिवम् तनोतु पार्वती ॥1॥
O Slayer of demons! You are the destroyer of the king of night-dwellers (demons). Holding the trident and spear, You pierce through the suffering of the mind. You remove pain and bring auspiciousness. May Your presence bring peace and divine grace into my life, O Parvati!
हे रात्रिचर (राक्षसों) का संहार करने वाली देवी! आप त्रिशूल और शूल धारण करती हैं, मन की व्यथा को चीर कर उसे शांत कर देती हैं। आप दुःख हरने वाली, कल्याण करने वाली हैं। हे माँ! आप शिवस्वरूप हैं — कृपया मुझे भी अपने आशीर्वाद से कृतार्थ करें।
भुजंगतल्प शायिनी महोग्रकान्त भामिनी
प्रकाश पुंज दामिनी विचित्रचित्र कारिणी ।
O Divine Mother! You recline on the serpent bed alongside Lord Shiva—ever radiant, ever resplendent. You shine like a brilliant lightning streak, a dazzling embodiment of divine light. Creator of wondrous marvels, Your every act is filled with sacred mystery. To You, the miraculous Goddess, I offer my heart’s deepest reverence.
हे दिव्य जननी! आप सर्प की शय्या पर भगवान शिव के साथ शयन करती हैं। आप तेजस्वी विद्युत की भांति प्रकाशमय हैं। आप चमत्कारी सृष्टियों की रचना करती हैं, और आपका प्रत्येक कार्य रहस्यपूर्ण और अद्भुत है। ऐसी अद्वितीय माँ को मेरा शत शत नमन।
प्रचण्ड शत्रु धर्षिणी दया प्रवाह वर्षिणी
सदा सुभाग्यदायिनी शिवम् तनोतु पार्वती ॥2॥
O Fierce Protector! You crush even the most powerful enemies with great force. Yet, from You flows a constant stream of mercy and compassion. You bless Your devotees abundantly, with good fortune and grace. O Parvati, may Your loving gaze be upon us always.
हे महाशक्तिशालिनी! आप भयानक शत्रुओं का दमन करती हैं। लेकिन आपकी करुणा की वर्षा भी अखंड और अनंत है। आप सदा अपने भक्तों को सौभाग्य और आशीर्वाद प्रदान करती हैं। हे माता पार्वती, कृपा करें, अपने कृपादृष्टि से मुझे भी नवाजें।
प्रकृष्ट सृष्ट कारिका प्रचण्ड नृत्य नर्तिका
पिनाक पाणि धारिका गिरीश शृंग मालिका ।
O Supreme Creatrix! You are the masterful originator of all creation, dancing with boundless energy and grace. Holding Lord Shiva’s bow (Pinaka), You are adorned with the peaks of Kailasa. O Mother of mountains, You dance the cosmos into life. I surrender to You!
हे चराचर की सृष्टि की सर्जिका! आप भयंकर तांडव नृत्य करती हैं, जिससे जगत को चेतना प्राप्त होती है। आप शिवजी के धनुष पिनाक को धारण करती हैं और कैलाश पर्वत की शृंगमाला से अलंकृत हैं। हे पर्वतराज की कन्या! आपका नृत्य ही इस सृष्टि का प्राण है।
समस्त भक्त पालिका पीयूष पूर्ण वर्षिका
कुभाग्य रेख मार्जिका शिवम् तनोतु पार्वती ॥3॥
O Eternal Benefactor! Protector of all Your devotees, You shower nectar-like blessings upon them. You wipe away the stains of misfortune and illuminate life with divine radiance. O Parvati, You are the light that dispels all darkness. Be forever enshrined in my heart.
हे भक्तवत्सला माता! आप सभी भक्तों की पालनहार हैं और अमृत की वर्षा के समान उनका जीवन संवारती हैं। आप दुर्भाग्य की रेखाओं को मिटा देती हैं और उनके भाग्य को नवसृजित करती हैं। हे माँ! मुझे भी अपने प्रेम और आशीर्वाद से आलोकित कर दीजिए।
तपश्चरी कुमारिका जगत्परा प्रहेलिका
विशुद्ध भावसाधिका सुधा सरित्प्रवाहिका
O Venerable Goddess! You are the ascetic virgin immersed in deep tapas (austerity), yet beyond comprehension by the worldly mind. You purify the hearts of devotees and guide the soul through the divine current of bliss. O Giver of spiritual strength, uplift me in Your flowing river of grace!
हे तपस्या की प्रतिमूर्ति! आप कन्यिका रूप में घोर तप में लीन हैं, और संसार की दृष्टि से परे रहस्यपूर्ण हैं। आप भक्तों के भावों को शुद्ध करती हैं और उन्हें अमृतमयी अनुभूति की धारा में प्रवाहित करती हैं। हे दिव्य माता! कृपया मेरे हृदय में भी भक्ति की निर्मल गंगा बहाइए।
प्रयत्न पक्ष पोषिका सदार्थि भाव तोषिका
शनि ग्रहादि तर्जिका शिवम् तनोतु पार्वती ॥4॥
O Divine Nourisher! You nurture the efforts of the faithful and delight in fulfilling their noble desires. You silence the troubles caused by planets like Shani (Saturn), and bless with peace. O Mother of the Universe, protect me from all harms. Let me always rest in Your care.
हे मातृशक्ति! आप भक्तों के प्रयत्नों को फलदायक बनाती हैं, और उनकी हर प्रार्थना को स्नेहपूर्वक स्वीकार करती हैं। आप शनि और अन्य ग्रहों की पीड़ाओं को भी शांत करती हैं। हे माँ पार्वती! मेरी रक्षा करें और मुझे अपने आश्रय में रखें।
शुभंकरी शिवंकरी विभाकरी निशाचरी
नभश्चरी धराचरी समस्त सृष्टि संचरी ।
O Giver of Auspiciousness! You are the source of all goodness, the essence of Shivā herself. You move through the heavens and the earth, pervading the entire creation. O Parvati, be present in every atom, in every breath of Your children.
हे शुभदायिनी! आप मंगल की स्वरूपा हैं, और शिव की कृपा की मूर्तरूपा हैं। आप आकाश में भी विचरण करती हैं और धरती पर भी। आप सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि में व्याप्त हैं। हे पार्वती! आपके चरणों में ही सम्पूर्ण जीवन है।
तमोहरी मनोहरी मृगांक मौलि सुन्दरी
सदा ग्रता संचरी शिवम् तनोतु पार्वती ॥5॥
O Beautiful One! You steal away the darkness of ignorance and charm the hearts of all. With the moon adorning Your head, You are forever enchanting, ever radiant. You flow gracefully through all of existence. O Parvati, bestow Your beauty, peace, and presence upon me!
हे तमहरिणी! आप अज्ञान के अंधकार को मिटाती हैं, और मन को मोहित करती हैं। आपके मस्तक पर चंद्रमा शोभायमान है, और आप सौंदर्य की देवी हैं। आप सदा सृष्टि में विचरण करती रहती हैं। हे माँ! आपकी सुंदर छवि मेरे हृदय में सदा बसे।
पार्वती पंचकं नित्यम्धेते यत् कुमारिका ।
दुष्कृतम् निखिलं हत्वा वरं प्राप्नोति सुंदरम् ॥
Whoever recites this sacred hymn of Parvati daily with devotion, Shall be freed from all sins and attain divine blessings. Even those with misfortune in their destiny will be graced with beauty and joy. O Divine Mother, may I be ever immersed in Your remembrance!
जो भी भक्त नित्य श्रद्धा से इस पार्वती पंचक का पाठ करता है, वह अपने समस्त पापों से मुक्त होकर, श्रेष्ठ और सुंदर वर पाता है। हे माँ! मुझे भी अपने भक्तों में स्थान दीजिए।
हे गौरि! शंकरार्धांगी! यथा त्वं शंकर प्रिया ।
तथा मां कुरु कल्याणी, कान्त कान्तां सुदुर्लभाम् ॥
O Gauri! O Half of Lord Shankara! Just as You are dear to Lord Shiva, May I too be blessed with a beloved who is rare and divine. Grant me auspicious companionship and supreme love, O Compassionate Mother!
हे गौरी! हे शंकर की अर्धांगिनी! जिस प्रकार आप शिव को प्रिय हैं, वैसे ही मुझे भी ऐसा जीवनसाथी दीजिए जो दुर्लभ और सुन्दर हो। हे कल्याणी! मेरी प्रार्थना को स्वीकार कीजिए।
