वैशाखे मासि कृष्णायां दशम्यां मन्दवासरे । (वैशाखमास)
पूर्वाभाद्रप्रभूताय मङ्गलं श्रीहनूमते ॥ १॥ (पूर्वभाद्रासुजाताय)
O Hanuman, I bow to You, who were born under the sacred Poorva Bhadrapada star, on the tenth day of the dark half of the Vaisakha month, on a Saturday. May auspiciousness flow from You, O Lord, who descended on this earth in that blessed moment — You, whose birth itself is a divine festival for devotees!
हे श्रीहनुमान! मैं आपको नमन करता हूँ, जो वैशाख मास के कृष्ण पक्ष की दशमी तिथि, शनिवार के दिन, पूर्वाभाद्रपद नक्षत्र में अवतरित हुए। आपकी कृपा से हम सबका कल्याण हो, हे प्रभु, जिनका जन्म ही भक्तों के लिए एक दिव्य पर्व है!
करुणारसपूर्णाय फलापूपप्रियाय च । (गुरुगौरवपूर्णय)
नानामाणिक्यहाराय मङ्गलं श्रीहनूमते ॥ २॥ (नानामाणिक्यहस्ताय)
O Hanuman, You are filled with the nectar of compassion. You delight in the humble offerings of fruits, sweets, and the pure love of Your devotees. Adorned with garlands of dazzling rubies, You shine gloriously! May all auspiciousness come from You, O Hanuman, who joyfully accepts every small gift offered in love.
हे श्रीहनुमान! आप करुणा के अमृत से परिपूर्ण हैं। आपको अपने भक्तों द्वारा अर्पित फल, मिठाई और सच्चे प्रेम का अर्पण अत्यंत प्रिय है। विभिन्न माणिक्य हारों से विभूषित होकर, आप दिव्य आभा से चमकते हैं। हे हनुमान, जो प्रेमपूर्वक अर्पित हर भेंट को आनंदपूर्वक स्वीकार करते हैं, कृपा कर हम सबका मंगल कीजिए!
सुवर्चलाकलत्राय चतुर्भुजधराय च ।
उष्ट्रारूढाय वीराय मङ्गलं श्रीहनूमते ॥ ३॥
O valiant Hanuman! With Your divine consort Suvarchala by Your side, bearing four arms that wield immense strength, riding on a mighty camel, You manifest as a hero of unmatched courage. To You, I offer my prayers; may Your protection and blessings flow upon us, O mighty one!
हे पराक्रमी श्रीहनुमान! आपकी दिव्य पत्नी सुवर्चला आपके साथ हैं; आपकी चार भुजाओं में अपार शक्ति है; और आप ऊँट पर सवार वीर योद्धा के रूप में प्रकट होते हैं। हे महाबली, मैं आपको प्रणाम करता हूँ — कृपा कर हम सभी पर अपनी रक्षा और आशीर्वाद बनाए रखें!
दिव्यमङ्गलदेहाय पीताम्बरधराय च ।
तप्तकाञ्चनवर्णाय मङ्गलं श्रीहनूमते ॥ ४॥
O Hanuman, whose very form is auspicious and divine, clad in the yellow robes of purity, whose body glows with the dazzling color of molten gold — I offer myself at Your feet. O radiant One, may Your golden light envelop me, burning away all my ignorance and fear.
हे श्रीहनुमान! आपकी दिव्य देह मंगलमय है; आप पवित्र पीतांबर (पीले वस्त्र) धारण करते हैं; और आपका शरीर तप्त सोने के समान दमकता है। हे प्रभु, मैं आपके चरणों में समर्पित हूँ — कृपा कर अपनी स्वर्णिम आभा से मेरे अज्ञान, भय और पापों को भस्म कर दीजिए!
भक्तरक्षणशीलाय जानकीशोकहारिणे ।
ज्वलत्पावकनेत्राय मङ्गलं श्रीहनूमते ॥ ५॥
O protector of devotees, O remover of Sita’s sorrow, O Hanuman, whose eyes blaze like fire! Fierce against evil but tender toward the devoted — You who rush to rescue and uplift the faithful, I bow before You with folded hands. May Your auspicious glance fall upon me and free me from all grief.
हे भक्तों के रक्षक! हे जानकी माता के दुःख हरने वाले! हे अग्निसमान नेत्रों वाले श्रीहनुमान! आप दुष्टों के लिए भयकारी हैं, पर भक्तों के लिए अत्यंत करुणामय। मैं आपको प्रणाम करता हूँ — कृपा कर अपनी मंगलमयी दृष्टि मुझ पर डालें और मेरे सभी दुःख हर लें।
पम्पातीरविहाराय सौमित्रिप्राणदायिने ।
सृष्टिकारणभूताय मङ्गलं श्रीहनूमते ॥ ६॥ (सर्वलोकैक कण्ठाय)
You, who roam joyfully along the banks of the Pampa River, who revived the life of Lakshmana (Saumitri), are the very force behind the creation itself! O Hanuman, You are the breath of life for the righteous, the cause behind the cosmos. May I forever receive Your blessings and walk the path of dharma under Your shelter.
हे पम्पा नदी के तटों पर विहार करने वाले! हे लक्ष्मण के प्राण लौटाने वाले! जो स्वयं सृष्टि के कारण स्वरूप हैं! हे हनुमान! आप धर्मप्रिय जनों की प्राणशक्ति हैं। मैं सदा आपकी शरण में रहकर आपके आशीर्वाद से धर्म का मार्ग अपनाऊँ — ऐसी कृपा कीजिए!
रम्भावनविहाराय गन्धमादनवासिने । (सुखद्मातटवासिने)
सर्वलोकैकनाथाय मङ्गलं श्रीहनूमते ॥ ७॥
O Hanuman, You wander through the Rambha forests, dwell on the Gandhamadana mountain, and are the sole master and guardian of all the worlds! My heart bows to You — You who watch over all creation, the supreme protector. May your mercy bring every blessing into my life.
पञ्चाननाय भीमाय कालनेमिहराय च ।
कौण्डिन्यगोत्रजाताय मङ्गलं श्रीहनूमते ॥ ८॥
O five-faced, mighty Hanuman! Fierce destroyer of the demon Kalanemi, born in the sacred Kaundinya lineage, You are an unstoppable force of divine power. I surrender to You, O warrior-lord, whose strength is unmatched in the three worlds. May Your blessings guide me, protect me, and fill my life with sacred light.
हे पंचमुखी, भीमकाय श्रीहनुमान! हे कालनेमि का संहार करने वाले! हे कौण्डिन्य गोत्र में जन्मे महाशक्ति! मैं आपको समर्पित हूँ — हे अद्वितीय योद्धा प्रभु, कृपा कर अपनी अपार शक्ति से मेरा मार्गदर्शन और संरक्षण कीजिए, और मेरे जीवन को दिव्य प्रकाश से भर दीजिए!
इति स्तुत्वा हनूमन्तं नीलमेघो गतव्यथः ।
प्रदक्षिणनमस्कारान् पञ्चवारं चकार सः ॥
Thus, after offering heartfelt praise to Hanuman, the devotee Nilamegha was freed of all sorrow and pain. With deep devotion, he performed five rounds of circumambulation and salutations, his heart overflowing with joy and gratitude.
इस प्रकार, हनुमान जी की भावपूर्ण स्तुति करने के बाद, भक्त नीलमेघ अपने सभी दुखों और कष्टों से मुक्त हो गए। उन्होंने अत्यंत श्रद्धा से पाँच बार प्रदक्षिणा और नमस्कार किया, और उनका हृदय आनंद और कृतज्ञता से भर उठा।
इति आञ्जनेय मङ्गलश्लोकाः सम्पूर्णाः ।
Thus concludes the Mangala Shloka (Auspicious Hymn) dedicated to Anjaneya (Hanuman), the son of Anjana, the great protector and savior of all.
